Kegel Exercises

North Americans don't talk enough about s e x.

So sometimes we miss really important health information. Let me talk about s e x for a minute here.

This is something everyone can do, with or without a partner -- in line, in bed, in the car, in yoga class.

It's Kegel exercises. Basically, it means squeezing your pelvic floor muscles. Just like working out your biceps gives you stronger biceps, working out your pelvic floor gives you a stronger pelvic floor.

This definitely leads to better s e x. Women can play fun squeezey games with their stronger muscles, pleasing both themselves and their partner more, and men can do... well, whatever it is that men do that makes us feel so good. You can look it up in Mens' health magazines, or in all kinds of resources online. I put some links below.

But there's another benefit. Keeping your Kegels toned will slow down the aging process. You'll be able to walk proud and strong for many more years, and not need diapers. Benefit, eh?

I won't go into all the how-to in this article. You can read that at the links below, if you like. Mainly, we all need reminding now and then to do this simple, but essential, little thing for our health.

Got it? 1-2, 1-2, squeeze!
